Annual Events

 Upcoming Events:

Threshing Bee August 21, 22, 2010

See threshing wheat the old fashioned way!  Tractor pulls, food, children’s events, parades, demonstrations, and a display of restored antique vehicles.  A wheat field is harvested with binderers and headers and threshed both days.   Sponsored by the Antique Tractor & Machinery Association.
There is nothing like being here and experiencing a steam engine tractor operating with wood smoke billowing, steam whistling, gears and pulleys whirling, and the earth shaking as it rolls down the field.  You can talk to the men and women who restore these antique machines from rusting hulks.  They are also skilled craftsmen, as the early day farmers had to be.

Night at the Museum Haunted House – October 29, 30, 31, 2010!

This October will be the first haunted house at the Huntley Project Museum.  Whether your just a little tyke, teenager, or adult; this haunted house will be one to remember.  As we will prepare crafts and little activities for the little kids to different haunted courses suited to your liking. As this will be a family friendly affair, tell your friends and neighbors for this event that is sponsored by the Huntley Project Museum.  Stay tuned as we update this info as the event gets closer.
